30-second summary

A demo account and live trading are not the same environment. ARENIX is designed for the space between them.

ARENIX is a browser-based Practice Arena where traders use live market data, follow clear rules and demonstrate their skills through measurable performance and a live leaderboard — without installing separate software or being exposed to live-market financial loss.

ARENIX provides the technology. The Partner creates the Arena for their own community, invites the participants and retains the commercial relationship with them. ARENIX does not operate its own trading community in parallel with the Partner’s community or take over the Partner’s participants.

Within the ARENIX model, neither ARENIX nor the Partner earns more because an individual trader loses more. Where commercial shares apply, they are predefined and do not depend on increasing participant losses or withholding participant rewards. The model is designed to align the interests of all parties.

The platform provides two Practice formats:

  • Evaluation Arena — traders practise decision-making, discipline and performance using live market data, Practice positions and non-monetary Arena Credits.
  • Commercial Arena Practice — traders connect their own wallet, use test USDC and experience how trading, Web3 participation and settlement can work as one process.

Commercial Arena Practice demonstrates a model in which a trader does not need to transfer funds to ARENIX or the Partner and depend on either party to return them. Wallet-based participation, Arena rules and settlement operate together without the platform taking custody of participant assets.

The two Practice formats allow Partners and participants to experience and understand the complete model before deciding whether to proceed to Commercial Arena Live. They can see how participant rewards and a possible Partner share may operate before reviewing the exact commercial and settlement conditions contained in the separate Live terms.

Arena results are based on relative performance. The best-ranked eligible participants may enter the TOP 40% Reward Zone. A trader may therefore reach a rewarded position even with a limited Practice loss because performance is compared with other participants in the same Arena.

Available AI-generated predictions, suggestions and analytical outputs are educational Practice tools and do not constitute investment or financial advice.

Commercial Arena Live is a separate environment available only to approved Partners and eligible participants under its own legally binding terms.

2What ARENIX is

ARENIX.app is a browser-based software platform that enables Partners to create and manage digital Practice Arenas for their own communities.

An Arena is a structured online trading environment in which a Partner may invite members of their community, configure available Arena parameters and monitor participation, trading activity, relative performance and leaderboard results.

ARENIX uses live market data to provide participants with a practical trading experience. Positions opened within a Practice Arena are Practice positions and are not orders executed on a live financial market through ARENIX.

ARENIX enables, in particular:

  • creating a dedicated Practice Arena;
  • inviting participants through a Partner-specific Arena link;
  • configuring the Arena start time, duration and other available parameters;
  • using live market data within a Practice environment;
  • opening, managing and closing Practice positions;
  • recording participant activity and performance;
  • displaying a live leaderboard and the TOP 40% Reward Zone;
  • using non-monetary Arena Credits;
  • comparing the relative performance of participants in the same Arena;
  • using available AI-generated predictions, suggestions and analytical outputs;
  • connecting a wallet and using test USDC within Commercial Arena Practice;
  • experiencing a practice Web3 entry and settlement flow; and
  • demonstrating whether a community is active and ready for a higher level of Arena participation.

ARENIX provides the software, user interface, core Arena rules, performance records and technical infrastructure required to operate the Practice environment.

ARENIX acts as the technology provider and does not act as the commercial organizer of a Partner’s Arena. The Partner creates and organizes the Arena for their own community, selects the available Partner-configurable parameters and invites the participants.

ARENIX does not operate its own trading community in parallel with the Partner’s community, independently recruit the Partner’s participants or take over the Partner’s commercial relationship with them.

Within the ARENIX model, neither ARENIX nor the Partner increases its applicable share according to individual participant losses. Where shares apply under separate Commercial Arena Live terms, they are determined by predefined Arena rules rather than by discretionary control over participant results or rewards.

Within the Practice platform, ARENIX does not execute live-market trades, accept deposits, hold participant funds, manage participant assets or provide brokerage, exchange, custody, payment, portfolio management or asset management services.

ARENIX is a skill-based performance environment and not a broker, exchange, investment platform, asset manager or payment institution. Neither ARENIX nor any AI-generated platform output provides investment advice, financial advice, portfolio management or a recommendation to execute a transaction on a live financial market.

Any possible access to Commercial Arena Live is separate from the Practice platform and is governed exclusively by its own approval process and separate legally binding terms.

3The Arena as the core product element

The Arena is the core of the ARENIX platform. It is designed to create a practical step between individual demo trading and an environment in which every decision may have a real financial consequence.

Instead of trading alone and seeing only a personal result, participants enter a shared Practice environment with the same market conditions, clear rules, live market data, measurable performance and a live leaderboard.

The Arena combines four essential elements:

  • Practice — participants make trading decisions using live market data without ARENIX executing their positions on a live financial market;
  • Skill-Based Performance — participants trade under the same Arena rules and compare their performance with others in the same environment;
  • Education — participants can observe how discipline, timing, risk management and individual decisions affect their position in the leaderboard; and
  • Reward Model — results are evaluated according to relative performance and the best-ranked participants may enter the TOP 40% Reward Zone.

The Reward Zone demonstrates a different approach to performance. A participant is not assessed only by whether the final result is positive or negative, but by how that result compares with the performance of other participants in the same Arena. A limited Practice loss therefore does not automatically remove a participant from a rewarded position.

This gives participants room to practise, demonstrate their skills, make mistakes and improve before every mistake may carry a direct financial consequence. It also gives the Partner a clear view of participation, discipline, activity and performance across the community.

Commercial Arena Practice adds a practical Web3 experience. It demonstrates how a participant can connect their own wallet, use test USDC, enter an Arena and complete the settlement flow without transferring assets of real monetary value to ARENIX, the Partner or another operating company.

The purpose is to show how trading, relative performance, wallet-based participation and rule-based settlement can operate together. The participant remains in control of their own wallet and does not need to rely on ARENIX or the Partner to manually receive, hold or return participant assets.

A separate Commercial Arena Live may apply this model using assets with real monetary value. Where made available under separate legally binding terms, its non-custodial structure is designed so that participant assets are handled according to predefined technical rules and the settlement process begins after the Arena result is finalized, without ARENIX or the Partner manually controlling participant funds.

The Arena is designed as a complete participant journey. The participant enters the Arena, trades under clear rules, follows their position in the leaderboard, reaches a final result and experiences how the applicable Reward Zone and settlement model work.

By completing this journey, the participant can understand that trading education is not limited to recording an individual profit or loss. Time, discipline, improvement and performance relative to other participants may also lead to a recognized result and, where the applicable Arena rules provide for it, a position within the TOP 40% Reward Zone.

This experience gives the participant a more practical basis for assessing whether they are ready to take a further step toward a broker, a proprietary trading firm or a separately governed Commercial Arena Live. ARENIX does not guarantee that completing an Arena makes a participant suitable for live trading, ensures acceptance by any third party or leads to future trading success.

The Arena therefore does more than display trading results. It allows participants to experience the complete process, understand the consequences of their decisions and progress from Practice trading through skill-based performance, education and Web3 experience toward their own informed next step.

4Arena Credits

Arena Credits are non-monetary units used exclusively within the ARENIX Practice environment. They allow participants to enter an Evaluation Arena, open and manage Practice positions, record performance and experience the applicable Arena rules.

Arena Credits make it possible for participants to trade using live market data without depositing money or exposing assets of real monetary value to trading risk.

Each participant may receive an Arena Credit balance for use within a specific Arena. Changes to that balance reflect the result of Practice positions and do not represent an actual financial profit, loss, debt or claim against ARENIX, a Partner or another participant.

Under the applicable Arena rules, Arena Credits may also be used to demonstrate the TOP 40% Reward Zone. Participants who finish within the Reward Zone may receive or retain Arena Credits according to the predefined Arena model. Any such result is a non-monetary Practice reward only.

Arena Credits:

  • have no monetary or property value;
  • are not money or electronic money;
  • are not cryptocurrency, a stablecoin or any other digital asset;
  • are not securities or financial instruments;
  • are not a deposit, investment or stored-value product;
  • cannot be purchased, sold, withdrawn or exchanged for money or any asset of real value;
  • cannot be transferred between users or outside the platform;
  • do not represent funds held for or on behalf of a participant;
  • do not create any right to profit, yield, interest, payout or investment return; and
  • may be used, allocated, adjusted or removed only in accordance with the applicable Arena rules and these Terms.

Arena Credits are separate from the test USDC used in Commercial Arena Practice. Test USDC is used only to demonstrate a Web3 wallet, Arena entry and settlement flow. Neither Arena Credits nor test USDC have real monetary value or create any entitlement to a payment or asset of real value.

No participant may request the withdrawal, redemption, exchange, refund or payment of compensation based on Arena Credits, test USDC, a Practice trading result or a position within the TOP 40% Reward Zone.

5The Arena Key

Each Arena operates according to a predefined set of rules referred to as the Arena Key. The applicable Arena Key is displayed to participants before they enter the Arena.

The Arena Key determines the available trading parameters, qualification requirements, method of performance calculation, leaderboard ranking and application of the Reward Zone.

A Partner may configure only those Arena parameters made available by ARENIX. A Partner cannot change the core platform logic, alter results after the Arena has started or manually decide which participants qualify for a rewarded position.

Participant performance is measured according to the same rules within the same Arena. The final leaderboard is determined by percentage performance, subject to the applicable qualification requirements and any other rules displayed before entry.

Participants who finish within the best-ranked eligible part of the leaderboard may enter the TOP 40% Reward Zone. The Reward Zone is based on relative performance, which means that qualification depends on a participant’s result compared with other eligible participants in the same Arena.

The Arena Key gives practical meaning to trading decisions, discipline and ranking. It ensures that all participants can see the rules in advance and that the final result is produced according to the same predefined model rather than the later discretion of ARENIX or the Partner.

Within the Practice platform, the Arena Key applies only to the Practice elements described in these Terms, including Arena Credits and test USDC where applicable.

6What the Partner receives

The Partner receives more than another communication channel. ARENIX provides a ready-to-use environment that shows which members of a community are prepared to enter, follow rules, make decisions and complete a structured trading experience.

Through one Arena link, the Partner can move community members from passive interest into measurable activity. No separate trading platform, technical infrastructure, leaderboard or user interface needs to be built or maintained by the Partner.

ARENIX provides the Partner dashboard, Arena interface, live market data integration, Practice trading functionality, performance records, leaderboard and Reward Zone. The Partner creates the Arena, configures the available parameters and invites the community. Participants enter through their browser without installing separate trading software.

The Partner may use the Arena in particular as:

  • a practical onboarding step for new community members;
  • a bridge between individual demo trading and a possible next step toward live trading;
  • a way to activate an existing but passive audience;
  • an educational environment based on live market data and clear rules;
  • a skill-based community environment with measurable and comparable performance;
  • a way to identify participation, discipline and consistent activity;
  • a practical introduction to wallet-based Web3 participation; and
  • a basis for possible access to a separately governed Commercial Arena Live.

One Arena can reveal what audience size alone cannot: who enters, who remains active, who follows the rules and how the community performs under the same conditions.

This gives the Partner measurable evidence of community activity and a practical basis for deciding which participants may be ready for a further step toward a broker, a proprietary trading firm or another live trading environment.

The Practice platform may be made available to Partners without a platform access fee. Free access is not a permanent entitlement and may depend on platform availability, Partner approval and compliance with these Terms.

Access to additional Partner functions or Commercial Arena Live cannot be obtained merely by creating an account or claiming an Arena. It may be offered only where the Partner demonstrates real community participation, responsible use, technical readiness and compliance with the applicable requirements.

7Partner Monetization Layer

The Practice Arena allows a Partner to demonstrate that their community can do more than follow content. It shows whether participants are prepared to enter, remain active, follow common rules and complete the full Arena journey.

For selected Partners, this demonstrated activity may open access to the Partner Monetization Layer, which may include the separately governed Commercial Arena Live.

This layer introduces a different model of Partner monetization. Instead of collecting trading deposits, holding participant funds or earning from individual participant losses, the Partner may receive a predefined share from eligible completed Live Arenas in accordance with the applicable Arena rules and separate Partner terms.

The model is designed so that participants can see the Reward Zone and settlement rules before entering the Arena. Where the applicable conditions are satisfied, participant rewards and the Partner share are calculated according to the predefined model after the final Arena result has been confirmed.

This allows the Partner to introduce a community to a live environment through a model that preserves skill-based performance and real financial consequences while reducing the traditional all-or-nothing effect under which every participant loss produces only a negative outcome. A participant who finishes within the applicable Reward Zone may still qualify for a reward according to relative performance.

The Partner Monetization Layer is not automatically available to every Partner. Access may be subject to:

  • demonstrated activity within Practice Arenas;
  • individual Partner approval;
  • a separate legally binding Partner agreement;
  • technical and wallet setup;
  • identity, business or compliance verification;
  • legal and geographical eligibility; and
  • acceptance of the separate Commercial Arena Live terms.

Manual approval is a quality and protection process, not a mechanism for creating arbitrary uncertainty. Its purpose is to ensure that the Partner Monetization Layer remains available to genuine community operators who understand the Arena model, communicate responsibly and are capable of protecting the interests of their participants.

A Partner who demonstrates real community activity, successfully operates Practice Arenas, communicates accurately and satisfies the applicable legal, technical, security and compliance requirements will receive a fair assessment for access to Commercial Arena Live. Approval will not be unreasonably withheld where all applicable requirements are satisfied and the service is legally and operationally available.

A large audience alone does not create eligibility. Access may be refused where a person lacks a genuine community, provides false or misleading information, uses aggressive or unlawful promotion, attempts to bypass the Arena rules or presents a material legal, security or reputational risk.

This selective process protects approved Partners from operating in an environment open to anonymous promoters, unverified operators or short-term speculation. The Partner Monetization Layer is intended for Partners who demonstrate real participation, responsible communication, community discipline and the ability to operate Arenas consistently.

Where a Partner is approved and an eligible Commercial Arena Live is successfully completed, the Partner share is determined under the applicable predefined settlement rules. ARENIX does not guarantee the number of participants, frequency of completed Arenas, level of Partner revenue, participant satisfaction or future performance of any participant.

Access remains subject to legal and geographical availability, technical readiness and acceptance of the applicable separate terms. No provision of these Public Terms creates automatic access without completion of the required approval process.

The Practice Arena shows the potential of a community. The Partner Monetization Layer is the next step for Partners who can prove that the potential is real.

8Partner's community

The Partner’s community remains exclusively the Partner’s community. Use of ARENIX does not transfer to ARENIX any ownership or commercial rights over the Partner’s member database, contacts or existing relationships.

ARENIX provides the Arena and its technical infrastructure. It does not independently approach, solicit or market unrelated products or services to the Partner’s community, transfer community members to another Partner or use the community as its own commercial database.

ARENIX may communicate with participants only where necessary to operate the platform, including account verification, Arena access, security notices, result notifications, settlement information, support and legally required communication. Such operational communication does not create a separate commercial relationship with the Partner’s community.

ARENIX does not sell, rent or trade Partner or participant contact data. Personal data may be processed only for platform operation, security, support, compliance, legal obligations and the other purposes stated in the ARENIX Privacy Policy.

The Partner may access only the information and Arena records made available through their own Partner dashboard. A Partner has no right to access another Partner’s community or participant records.

The Partner is responsible for inviting community members lawfully and for all advertising, promises and communication made outside the platform. Invitation links must not be used for spam, unsolicited mass communication or unlawful marketing.

ARENIX provides the infrastructure. The Partner retains the community relationship.

9Prohibited use of the Arena

Partners and participants must use ARENIX only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms, the displayed Arena rules and any applicable separate agreement.

In particular, a Partner or participant must not:

  • collect entry payments, deposits or other funds outside an approved Commercial Arena Live environment;
  • create or operate an unofficial financial pool connected with an Arena;
  • use Arena Credits or test USDC as money, property or a substitute for assets of real value;
  • promise or make payments based on Practice results, Arena Credits, test USDC or the Practice leaderboard;
  • present a Practice Arena as an investment, financial product, live trading account or opportunity to earn guaranteed income;
  • promise profits, payouts, investment returns or guaranteed trading results;
  • misrepresent the Reward Zone, Partner share, settlement process or non-custodial structure;
  • request or obtain a participant’s wallet seed phrase, private key, password or other wallet access credentials;
  • manually receive or hold participant assets while claiming to act through ARENIX;
  • redirect participants to an unofficial payment address, wallet, platform or settlement arrangement;
  • manipulate trading activity, eligibility, performance records, leaderboard results or Arena settlement;
  • create false identities, duplicate accounts or coordinated activity intended to obtain an unfair advantage;
  • circumvent any technical, geographical, eligibility, security or legal restriction;
  • use the platform for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion or any other unlawful activity; or
  • mislead any person about the nature of ARENIX or the Partner’s authority to act on behalf of ARENIX.

Commercial Arena Live may be used only through the officially approved environment and under its separate terms. No Partner or participant may reproduce its financial or settlement model outside that environment while using the ARENIX name, Arena or leaderboard.

A violation may result in disqualification, cancellation of an affected Practice result, restriction or termination of access, refusal of access to additional Partner functions or Commercial Arena Live, and any further action required by applicable law.

10No investment services

Within the Practice platform governed by these Terms, ARENIX acts solely as a software and technology provider.

ARENIX does not provide:

  • investment or financial advice;
  • personal investment recommendations;
  • brokerage or trade execution services;
  • reception or transmission of live-market orders;
  • asset or portfolio management;
  • custody of participant funds or digital assets;
  • banking, payment account or exchange services;
  • investment, yield or collective investment products;
  • profit, payout or performance guarantees; or
  • gambling, betting or casino services.

Live market data, Practice positions, leaderboard results, performance records, AI-generated outputs and other platform information are provided only as elements of the Practice environment. They do not constitute investment advice, a financial offer or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold or trade any financial instrument or digital asset.

AI-generated predictions, suggestions and analytical outputs may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. They are not personalized to a participant’s financial situation, objectives, experience or risk tolerance and must not be relied upon when making a live-market financial decision.

Any decision to open a live trading account, use a broker or proprietary trading firm, acquire a digital asset or enter any transaction outside the Practice platform is made independently by the participant and at their own risk.

Commercial Arena Live is outside the scope of these Public Terms and, if made available, is governed by separate eligibility requirements, legal assessment and legally binding terms.

11Market data and performance display

ARENIX uses live market data supplied through third-party data sources to operate Practice positions, calculate percentage performance and display Arena results.

Market data displayed within ARENIX may differ from prices available through a broker, exchange or other trading platform because of data-source selection, timing, latency, spreads, technical processing or market conditions. Prices displayed in ARENIX are not executable live-market quotations.

Practice positions, percentage performance, qualification and leaderboard ranking are calculated using the market data recorded by ARENIX and the rules applicable to the relevant Arena.

The Provider does not guarantee that market data will always be complete, uninterrupted, error-free or identical to data displayed by any third party.

If a material data error, outage or technical malfunction affects the fair operation of an Arena, ARENIX may pause the Arena, correct affected records, exclude clearly invalid activity or cancel the Arena where a reliable result cannot be determined.

Except in the case of a manifest technical or calculation error, the performance records and final results generated by ARENIX under the applicable Arena rules constitute the official records of the Practice Arena.

12Compliance and verification

Access to a Practice Arena may require only the basic information necessary to identify the participant, provide Arena access and protect the integrity of the platform. ARENIX may require additional verification where justified by legal, security, technical or compliance requirements.

Depending on the requested function, verification may include:

  • email address and account access;
  • identity and age;
  • Partner or business information;
  • country of residence or current location;
  • wallet ownership or wallet connection;
  • sanctions or restricted-person screening; and
  • technical, security or eligibility checks.

Verification may be performed by ARENIX or by an approved third-party service provider. Any personal data collected for verification purposes will be processed in accordance with the ARENIX Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Access without additional verification to one Practice function does not create a right to use every platform function. ARENIX may require further verification before granting access to Commercial Arena Practice, additional Partner features or any separately governed environment.

Commercial Arena Live, if made available, may require full identity, business, wallet, sanctions, geographical and other compliance verification under its separate terms.

ARENIX may refuse, restrict or withdraw access where required information is missing, inaccurate or cannot be verified, or where access may create a legal, security, sanctions, fraud or platform-integrity risk.

Successful verification does not create an automatic right to Partner approval, the Partner Monetization Layer or Commercial Arena Live.

13Partner responsibility

Partner access represents a position of trust within ARENIX. A Partner introduces the Arena to their community and is expected to protect the clarity, fairness and credibility of the model.

The Partner is responsible for:

  • inviting participants lawfully and responsibly;
  • describing the applicable Arena accurately;
  • ensuring that community communication is consistent with these Terms;
  • making clear whether an Arena is Evaluation, Commercial Practice or separately governed Commercial Arena Live;
  • avoiding promises that are not contained in the official Arena rules;
  • protecting Partner dashboard access and Arena invitation links;
  • using participant information only for lawful Partner purposes; and
  • cooperating with reasonable platform, security and compliance requirements.

The Partner must not state or imply that ARENIX guarantees a trading result, participant reward, Partner income or access to Commercial Arena Live. The Partner must not present Practice elements as assets of real monetary value or describe ARENIX as a broker, investment service or holder of participant funds.

The Partner remains responsible for their own advertising, public statements, communication channels and promises made outside the platform. Private arrangements cannot replace, expand or override the official Arena rules or these Terms.

Partner status and access to advanced platform functions are not automatic or permanent. ARENIX may assess the Partner’s communication, community activity, responsible use and compliance with the platform rules.

Partners who build real participation, communicate responsibly and operate Arenas consistently may become eligible for additional functions and a separately governed Commercial Arena Live. Audience size alone is not sufficient.

The purpose of these standards is not to limit legitimate Partner activity, but to ensure that every approved Partner can represent the Arena model clearly and responsibly.

14Participant responsibility

Each participant is responsible for using ARENIX lawfully, safely and fairly, and for complying with these Terms and the rules displayed for the relevant Arena.

The participant is responsible for:

  • providing accurate information required for Arena access;
  • using only their own account, identity and authorized wallet;
  • keeping access links, PINs, passwords and wallet credentials secure;
  • reviewing the Arena rules before entering;
  • making their own Practice trading decisions;
  • monitoring their open Practice positions and Arena status;
  • maintaining a suitable device, stable internet connection, compatible operating system and reasonably current supported web browser;
  • ensuring that browser settings, permissions, extensions, security software, firewalls or local network restrictions do not prevent the platform from operating correctly; and
  • reporting suspected unauthorized access or a material technical error without unreasonable delay.

ARENIX is a browser-based platform. It is accessed through a web address and does not require the participant to download or install a separate desktop application. Proper access therefore depends partly on the participant’s own device, browser, internet connection and local operating environment.

The participant must use a device and browser capable of supporting the available platform functions. Before entering an Arena, the participant should verify that the platform loads correctly, the relevant controls are responsive and their internet connection is sufficiently stable for participation.

ARENIX is responsible for operating and maintaining its own platform infrastructure. However, ARENIX cannot control or assume responsibility for interruption, delay, incorrect display or loss of access caused by the participant’s device, operating system, internet connection, browser configuration, outdated or incompatible software, malicious software, browser extensions, wallet extensions, local security settings, network restrictions or other circumstances outside ARENIX’s reasonable control.

If a technical issue occurs, the participant should first verify their internet connection, refresh or restart the browser, use a reasonably current supported browser and check whether any browser extension, wallet extension, security setting or local network restriction is interfering with the platform. Any continuing material issue must be reported to ARENIX without unreasonable delay, together with reasonably available information required to investigate it, including the relevant Arena, approximate time, device and browser used and, where possible, a screenshot.

A technical issue caused by the participant’s own device, connection, browser or local environment does not by itself establish a defect in the ARENIX platform. This does not exclude responsibility for a verified error originating within infrastructure or functionality controlled by ARENIX.

The participant must not:

  • create duplicate, false or misleading accounts;
  • share or transfer Arena access to another person;
  • manipulate trading activity, qualification or leaderboard results;
  • coordinate activity with others to obtain an unfair advantage;
  • use bots, scripts or other automated tools without prior authorization;
  • exploit an error, delay or technical vulnerability;
  • interfere with the platform or another participant’s access;
  • circumvent trading, eligibility, geographical or security restrictions; or
  • use ARENIX for fraud or any other unlawful purpose.

A participant who becomes aware of an error or vulnerability must not exploit or disclose it in a manner that may damage the platform or other users.

Violation of this section may result in the affected activity being excluded, disqualification from an Arena or restriction or termination of platform access.

15Intellectual property and know-how

ARENIX, its software, source code, design, interface, documentation, databases, original content, graphics, branding and other protected platform elements are owned by or licensed to AKO SOLUTIONS LLC.

The ARENIX name, logo and related brand elements may not be used in a manner that suggests ownership, endorsement, partnership or authority beyond the access expressly granted by ARENIX.

Arena logic, technical architecture, non-public rules, calculation methods, settlement structure, security processes and related confidential information may constitute protected know-how or trade secrets to the extent recognized by applicable law.

Subject to compliance with these Terms, ARENIX grants the Partner and participants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to access and use the platform only for its intended purpose. No ownership rights are transferred.

Without prior written authorization, a Partner or participant must not:

  • copy, reproduce or distribute protected platform content or software;
  • access, extract or attempt to obtain source code or non-public platform logic;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or technically analyse the platform except where such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law;
  • scrape, systematically extract or reproduce platform data;
  • remove or alter copyright, trademark or ownership notices;
  • create or market a derivative or alternative product using protected ARENIX materials or confidential know-how;
  • sell, sublicense or provide unauthorized access to the platform;
  • use the ARENIX brand in advertising without authorization; or
  • use non-public information for any purpose unrelated to authorized platform access.

The Partner retains ownership of their own name, logo, content and other materials provided to ARENIX. The Partner grants ARENIX a limited right to host, display and technically process those materials only as necessary to provide the Partner’s Arena and related platform functions.

Third-party software, market data, trademarks and other materials remain subject to the rights and terms of their respective owners.

16Availability of the platform

ARENIX aims to provide a stable and functional platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or continuous availability.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, market-data interruptions, network failures, security incidents, third-party services, blockchain infrastructure or circumstances outside the reasonable control of ARENIX.

ARENIX may temporarily restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to maintain, update, secure or protect the platform, its users or the integrity of an Arena.

If a material interruption affects an active Practice Arena, ARENIX may extend, pause, resume or cancel the Arena, or take other reasonable technical measures to preserve a fair result. ARENIX will first make reasonable efforts to restore the Arena and determine a complete, accurate and reliable final result.

Where a reliable final result cannot be determined, the affected Arena will be declared cancelled. Any affected Arena Credits or test USDC will be restored or returned in accordance with the applicable Arena rules.

If the interruption affects a separately governed Commercial Arena Live and a reliable final result cannot be determined, the Arena will be classified as Cancelled / Refunded. The automatic refund process will be initiated to return the applicable entry amount to the originating participant wallets in accordance with the smart-contract logic and the separate Commercial Arena Live terms.

A participant does not lose the applicable Arena entry amount solely because an Arena is cancelled due to a material technical or third-party failure. Cancellation does not, however, create any right to an expected reward, Partner share, anticipated profit or compensation for a lost opportunity. External blockchain network or gas fees may not be refundable.

ARENIX will communicate the cancellation and refund status through the available Arena, dashboard or platform communication channels. This process is intended to protect participants, preserve the Partner’s relationship with the community and ensure that no unreliable Arena result is treated as final.

ARENIX may modify, replace, add or discontinue platform functions as the product develops. The continued availability of a specific feature, market, instrument, AI output or Practice format is not guaranteed.

Where reasonably practicable, ARENIX will provide advance notice of planned changes or maintenance that materially affect platform access. Advance notice may not be possible in urgent security, legal or technical situations.

17Third-party services

ARENIX relies on third-party services to provide parts of the platform, including hosting, market data, analytics, artificial intelligence, email delivery, security, identity verification, wallet connectivity and blockchain infrastructure.

Third-party services remain operated and controlled by their respective providers. Their availability, accuracy, security and functionality may be subject to separate terms, limitations and technical conditions.

A participant who connects or uses a third-party wallet remains responsible for that wallet and for complying with the wallet provider’s terms. ARENIX does not control wallet access, private keys, blockchain networks or transactions initiated through independently operated wallet software.

ARENIX is responsible for using reasonable care when selecting, integrating and monitoring third-party services used as part of the platform. Where ARENIX becomes aware of a material third-party failure, it will take reasonable steps to limit its effect, restore platform functionality and protect the integrity of any affected Arena.

A third-party failure does not automatically transfer responsibility for the operation of the Arena to the Partner or participants. The Partner is not responsible for a failure of market data, hosting, wallet connectivity, blockchain infrastructure or another service selected and integrated by ARENIX.

ARENIX may replace, restrict or discontinue a third-party integration where necessary for technical, security, legal or operational reasons.

If a third-party interruption, delay or error prevents ARENIX from determining a complete, accurate and reliable final Arena result, the affected Arena will be handled under the cancellation and refund protections stated in Section 16.

ARENIX is not responsible for the underlying failure of a third-party service outside its reasonable control. This limitation does not remove ARENIX’s responsibility to respond reasonably to the incident or to apply the applicable cancellation and refund process where the integrity of an Arena has been materially affected.

The inclusion of a third-party service, name or link within the platform does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee or partnership unless expressly stated by ARENIX.

Where third parties process personal data on behalf of or in connection with ARENIX, such processing is governed by the ARENIX Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

18Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ARENIX is liable for direct, proven and reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a material breach of these Terms by ARENIX.

ARENIX is not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss;
  • loss of profit, revenue, business opportunity, goodwill or reputation;
  • trading or investment decisions made outside the Practice platform;
  • reliance on market data, AI-generated outputs or Practice results;
  • failure to obtain access to a broker, proprietary trading firm, Partner Monetization Layer or Commercial Arena Live;
  • acts, omissions, promises or communications of a Partner, participant or other third party;
  • unauthorized access resulting from a user’s failure to protect account, access or wallet credentials;
  • use of the platform contrary to these Terms or the applicable Arena rules;
  • temporary platform unavailability or cancellation of an Arena in accordance with these Terms; or
  • the underlying failure of a third-party service or event outside the reasonable control of ARENIX.

The exclusion relating to third-party services does not remove ARENIX’s responsibility to use reasonable care when selecting and integrating those services, respond reasonably to a material incident and apply the cancellation and refund protections stated in Sections 16 and 17.

Where an Arena is cancelled because a complete, accurate and reliable final result cannot be determined, the applicable cancellation and refund process is the primary remedy. Participants remain entitled to the return of the applicable Arena entry amount in accordance with Section 16 and the relevant Arena terms, but are not entitled to compensation for an expected reward, anticipated profit or lost opportunity.

ARENIX does not guarantee that participation in a Practice Arena will improve trading performance, produce a particular leaderboard position, result in a reward or prepare a participant for successful live trading.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for ARENIX’s own material failure to operate the platform with reasonable care, respond to a known material incident or apply an applicable cancellation and refund process.

Any claim must be supported by evidence of the alleged breach, the direct loss suffered and the causal connection between them. Mere dissatisfaction, loss of an expected opportunity or disagreement with a result determined under the applicable Arena rules does not by itself establish liability.

The limitations in this section do not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Commercial Arena Live is subject to a separate liability framework contained in its own legally binding terms, including its applicable smart-contract, settlement and refund protections.

19Suspension or termination of access

Access to ARENIX depends on continued compliance with these Terms, the applicable Arena rules and reasonable platform, security and verification requirements.

A Partner who complies with the applicable requirements may continue to use the approved Partner functions while those functions remain generally available through ARENIX. ARENIX will not suspend or terminate an approved Partner solely at its unrestricted discretion.

ARENIX may restrict, suspend or terminate the access of a Partner or participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

  • these Terms or the applicable Arena rules have been materially breached;
  • information provided to ARENIX is materially false, incomplete or cannot be verified;
  • an account, invitation link or wallet connection has been compromised;
  • Arena activity or leaderboard results have been manipulated;
  • the platform is being used for an unauthorized financial arrangement;
  • the Partner has made materially misleading or unauthorized claims to their community;
  • protected platform materials or confidential know-how have been materially misused;
  • the access creates a material legal, sanctions, fraud, security or platform-integrity risk; or
  • suspension or termination is required by law or a competent authority.

ARENIX may apply an immediate temporary suspension where necessary to protect participants, investigate suspected misuse, preserve evidence or prevent further harm. Any temporary suspension should be limited to the affected account or function and remain in place only for as long as reasonably necessary. A temporary suspension does not by itself constitute a final determination that a violation occurred.

Where reasonably practicable, ARENIX will inform the affected Partner or participant of the restriction and provide an opportunity to clarify the relevant circumstances.

If a breach can reasonably be corrected and does not require immediate action, ARENIX will first provide notice of the breach and a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Permanent termination will be used only where the breach is serious, repeated, cannot reasonably be corrected, remains uncorrected after notice, or requires termination for legal or security reasons.

Depending on the seriousness of the matter, ARENIX may issue a warning, require corrective action, remove affected activity, disqualify a participant, cancel a Practice result, restrict specific functions or permanently terminate access.

Suspension or termination of a Partner will not automatically cancel an active Arena or remove participant protections. Where an active Arena can continue fairly and securely, ARENIX may allow it to reach completion. Where this is not possible, the Arena will be handled under the cancellation and refund protections stated in Section 16.

If ARENIX intends to discontinue a generally available Partner function for business or operational reasons unrelated to a Partner’s conduct, ARENIX will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

Termination of Practice access does not create a right to compensation for lost opportunities, expected Partner income, Arena Credits, test USDC or access to future platform functions. This does not affect any applicable right to an Arena cancellation or refund under Section 16.

Suspension or termination of Commercial Arena Live is governed by its separate legally binding terms and must preserve the applicable participant asset, settlement and refund protections.

20Special Partner Terms

Certain ARENIX functions and levels of cooperation may be made available only to individually approved Partners under separate Special Partner Terms.

Special Partner Terms may govern matters including:

  • additional Partner dashboard functions;
  • approved use of the ARENIX brand;
  • confidential business and technical information;
  • Partner eligibility and performance requirements;
  • commercial arrangements and Partner shares;
  • technical integration and wallet requirements;
  • compliance, geographical and security restrictions;
  • Commercial Arena Live access and operation;
  • settlement and refund conditions; and
  • additional liability and termination rules.

Special Partner Terms become binding only when expressly accepted by the Partner. Access to a technical function alone does not create rights beyond those stated in the applicable agreement.

A Partner who complies with these Terms, the applicable Arena rules and any accepted Special Partner Terms may continue to use the approved Partner functions while those functions remain generally available through ARENIX.

ARENIX will not suspend or terminate an approved Partner solely at its unrestricted discretion. Partner access may be terminated only for a material breach, serious or repeated misconduct, a material security or legal risk, failure to satisfy mandatory compliance requirements, or discontinuation of the relevant ARENIX service.

Where a breach can reasonably be corrected and does not require immediate action, ARENIX will notify the Partner and provide a reasonable opportunity to remedy it before terminating access.

If ARENIX intends to discontinue a generally available Partner function for business or operational reasons unrelated to a Partner’s conduct, ARENIX will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable.

These Public Terms continue to apply unless the Special Partner Terms expressly provide otherwise. If a conflict arises, the Special Partner Terms prevail only in relation to the specific Partner function or cooperation arrangement they govern.

Commercial Arena Live is subject to its own legally binding terms. Those terms must define the applicable entry, settlement, automatic refund, smart-contract, liability and continuity rules.

21Changes to the Terms

ARENIX may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, Arena functions, business model, security requirements, third-party services or applicable law.

The current version will be published on the platform together with its effective date. Where a change materially affects user or Partner rights, ARENIX will provide reasonable notice through the platform, dashboard, email or another appropriate communication channel.

Unless a change is required immediately for legal, regulatory or security reasons, the Terms in effect when a Practice Arena starts will continue to govern that Arena until its completion.

Continued access to or use of ARENIX after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Where applicable law requires express consent, ARENIX may require the user or Partner to accept the updated Terms before further access is permitted.

If a user or Partner does not agree with an updated version, they must stop using the platform before the updated Terms become effective.

Changes to these Public Terms do not automatically amend any separate Special Partner Terms or Commercial Arena Live terms unless expressly stated in the relevant agreement.

22Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any contractual or non-contractual dispute arising from or connected with the Practice platform are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai.

Before commencing formal proceedings, the affected party must provide written notice describing the dispute and allow the other party a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute within 30 days after receipt of the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved, the courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless a mandatory provision of applicable law requires otherwise.

If a participant qualifies as a consumer, nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded by agreement.

Any dispute relating specifically to Special Partner Terms or Commercial Arena Live is governed by the dispute-resolution provisions contained in the applicable separate agreement.

23Contact

Partners may contact ARENIX through the administration and support communication function available within the Partner Dashboard.

Partners and participants may also contact platform support by email at [email protected].

Requests should include sufficient information to identify the relevant account, Partner or Arena. Users must not send passwords, wallet private keys, seed phrases or other security credentials by email or through the Partner Dashboard.

Formal notices concerning these Terms or a dispute under Section 22 may be submitted to the same email address with the subject line Legal Notice.

24Final statement

An audience can be counted. A community must be demonstrated.

ARENIX gives Partners a practical way to discover the difference. One Arena shows who enters, who remains active, who follows the rules and how the community performs under the same conditions.

The Practice Arena is the first step. It allows participants to experience trading, skill-based performance, the Reward Zone and the connection between trading and Web3 before moving toward an environment with real financial consequences.

For Partners who demonstrate responsible use and real community activity, this may open the path to additional ARENIX functions and the separately governed Partner Monetization Layer.

The Arena does not ask what a community could become. It shows what the community is ready to do.
