1Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how ARENIX.app processes personal data when the platform is used.
ARENIX.app is built on a partner-based model. The platform primarily serves Partners who create their own Arenas, invite members of their community and verify community activity in practice.
Our goal is to process only the data needed for platform operation, security, partner access management, Arena functionality and protection of system integrity.
2Basic Data Model of the Platform
ARENIX.app works with two basic groups of users:
- Partner – a person, brand, community, mentor, educator or community leader who creates an Arena and invites members of their community.
- Arena Participant – a community member who enters an Arena through an invitation or entry link from a Partner.
The platform is not designed as a public database of traders. ARENIX does not automatically take over a Partner's community as its own commercial database.
3Data We May Process About Partners
For Partners, we may process in particular:
- name or brand name;
- contact details;
- community name;
- community size;
- a link to Telegram, Discord, a social network or another community channel;
- data from the partner application;
- data about created Arenas;
- technical and operational data related to use of the platform;
- communication related to partner access.
We use this data mainly for:
- creating and managing partner access;
- enabling Arena creation;
- assessing the suitability of a community for further cooperation;
- ensuring platform security;
- protection against misuse;
- operational communication with the Partner;
- development of the partner relationship.
4Data We May Process About Arena Participants
For Arena Participants, we aim to process only the minimum scope of data needed for entry and operation within an Arena.
This may include in particular:
- email address;
- user identifier or nickname;
- information about entry through a specific invitation;
- assignment to a specific Arena;
- activity in the Arena;
- leaderboard position;
- Arena Credits;
- technical data needed for security and platform operation.
ARENIX does not need to know the real identity of an Arena Participant unless this is necessary for a specific function, security reason, legal obligation or special partner terms.
5Partner Community
The Partner builds their own relationship with their community.
ARENIX provides the tool, interface and infrastructure. ARENIX does not automatically sell, take over or use the Partner's community as its own commercial database.
If a Partner invites members into an Arena, the data of those participants is used primarily for the operation of that specific Arena, display of results, access management and platform security.
The Partner is responsible for inviting their members in a lawful and fair manner.
6Arena Credits, Leaderboard and Activity
The platform may process data about Arena activity, ranking, score, Arena Credits and other data needed to display results according to the rules of a specific Arena.
This data is used for Arena operation, leaderboard display, evaluation of community activity and protection of platform integrity.
Arena Credits have no monetary value and are not intended for payout, exchange or use as a substitute for money.
7Technical Data
When the platform is used, we may process technical data, for example:
- IP address;
- device type;
- browser type;
- operating system;
- access time;
- technical logs;
- security logs;
- error records;
- information needed to protect the platform.
We use this data mainly for security, stability, misuse prevention, technical administration and improvement of the platform.
8Legal Bases for Processing
We process personal data only when we have an appropriate legal basis to do so.
Depending on the circumstances, this may include in particular:
- performance of a contractual or user relationship;
- legitimate interest in operating, securing and protecting the platform;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- user consent where consent is required;
- steps taken before entering into a partner relationship.
9Special Partner Features
Some platform features may be available only to Partners under special conditions.
In such cases, it may be necessary to process additional data, perform additional verification or apply separate partner, operational or compliance terms.
This Policy governs the basic public layer of ARENIX.app. If special data-processing rules apply to a specific partner feature, they may be set out in a separate addendum or special terms.
10Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell personal data.
We may share data only to the necessary extent with service providers that help us operate the platform, for example:
- hosting;
- technical infrastructure;
- security tools;
- analytics;
- email or communication infrastructure;
- compliance or verification services, where needed;
- legal or professional advisers.
Third parties may process data only to the extent necessary to provide their services or to the extent required by law.
11Data Retention

- request deletion of data;
- request restriction of processing;
- object to certain processing;

13Security
We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for the secure use of their accounts, devices and access credentials.
14Children and Minors
The platform is not intended for persons under 18 years of age.
If we discover that data of a person who does not meet the age requirement has been processed, we may take steps to restrict or terminate access and remove the relevant data to the extent possible.

We may update this Policy from time to time.
The updated version will be published on the platform or communicated in another appropriate manner.
Continuing to use the platform after the updated Policy has been published means that the user acknowledges the updated version.

ARENIX.app is built on a partner-based model.
Parties interested in partner access may start through the official ARENIX.app landing page.
Arena Participants do not enter the platform through direct public registration. Participant entry is possible through an invitation or entry link from the Partner who organizes the relevant Arena.
If the user is a member of a specific community, they must request Arena access directly from the Partner who organizes that Arena.
